At Cover Glass USA we do all of our own install in house there's no subcontracting and we will by far be the quickest turnaround time in the industry. We control the whole process as we're the manufacturer and we're the installer, so you'll be working directly with us the entire time and we're not waiting on anybody else for any of our parts.
We do a two step install where will be able to install the tracks and the side jambs so the perimeter of your system in one business day, we can do up to four openings in one business day, then the very same day we will take exact laser measurements of your glass sizes that will all get ordered the same day and the glass will be ready within roughly ten to twelve business days and at that time the glass will be installed at your home and the system will be completed.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION of folding glass doors

And the few things that need to be done before. We begin like making sure there’s a clean opening, making sure all obstruction are removed and having the header and sides exposed.
And if we’re doing a receding lower track, the floor must be cut open before we can begin.
PHASE 1:
During Phase 1, we will make frameless glass weatherproof, install bottom and top track. And if needed, drill a drain hole or drain hose depending on your property. After all this, we will laser measure the final dimensions of the system and order tempered glass from our supplier.
PHASE 2
After we get the glass panels from our supplier, we will complete the install process by installing and fitting the glass into the track. Phase two only takes about one full work day to install 18 feet of track. The total lead time from both phases is just under a month depending on a variety of factors.

same as with weep holes. we drill holes at the lower profile and attach connectors that will also be connected to any other drainage system you have in place.
